On the basis of the general relativity theory, this paper presents the formulas of the upper limits and low limits of masses and radii of the active galaxies with short variability timescales, which clarify the properties of the central nuclei of Mark 421, OJ 287 and PKS 0735+178. The results reveal that the central nuclei of Mark 421 and OJ 287 might be two large supermassive black holes with masses 1.8×107M_sun; and 1.0×109M_sun; respectively.
