A numerical value method for dealing with the spectra possessing the characteristics of time-space series is suggested in this paper. We process the spectra data of the loops in the declining phase of a two-ribbon flare B taken by Ha-SSHG at Yunnan Observatory on May 16,1981. The optical depth(τ_o) in the center of the line Ha, the Doppler width(Δλ_D), the mean source function((S-bar)λ), and the velocity(V_(II)) in line of sight of flare loops are carried out simultaneously from observated line profile by using the non-linear least-square fitting method. Based on the numerical results, it is found that the material in the flare loops is streamed down to the chromosphere along two legs and believed that this amount of material must be supplied from the chromosphere below through chromospheric evaporation.
