摘要本文研究了抛物面天线面板的调试、检测和精度分析方法,说明了面板调整对于保证天线性能的重要性。本文详细论述了为我国绕月探测工程新建的云南天文台40米天线的面板安装、调试和检测过程,最终得到的检测结论是:实体面板部分表面精度为0.256mm,网状部分的精度为0.496mm,达到并超过了设计要求。从天线电性能的检测结果看,X波段方向图旁瓣电平为-19.3dB ,S旁瓣电平达到-22.9dB ,S波段增益58.25 dB ,X波段增益为66.39 dB ,也都达到了设计要求。这也从另一方面说明了40天线面板调试是很成功的。 为了更好的了解整个40米天线系统,本文对40米天线的电性能,如方向图,增益等,做了详细介绍。还介绍了VLBI的基本情况,天线站的组成,包括前端,终端,时频系统,及相关设备。 在硕士期间,本人还参与了40天线致冷接收机的部分研制工作,受益颇深。在第四章也做了较为详细的介绍,最后简单介绍了探月现状及发展。
其他摘要In this article, we studied the adjustment , test and precision analyze of the panel of Cassegrain antenna, show that the Cassegrain antenna’s panel is very important for Cassegrain antenna’s performance. In this article, we specified that the course about the 40-diameter Cassegrain antenna – which has just built in Yunnan Observatory of Chinese Academy of Sciences for our country lunar project-- of the panel’s installation, adjustment and test , ultimately we gained the conclusion that the precision of entity panel is 0.256mm, the precision of reticulation panel is 0.496mm, which was achieved and exceeded the request of antenna design. From the electricity performance of the test about 40-diameter Cassegrain antenna, the sidelobe level in the pattern about X band is -19.3 dB, the sidelobe level in the pattern about S band is -22.9 dB, the gain of S band is 58.25 dB , the gain of X band is 66.39 dB , which was achieved and exceeded the request of antenna design. It has also showed that the panel adjustment of 40-diameter Cassegrain antenna was succeeded . In this article, in order to know the total system of 40-diameter Cassegrain antenna, we specified the basic the performance, such as pattern, gain and so on, and we introduce the instance of VLBI and the constitute of Cassegrain antenna’s platform, such as front part, terminal part ,and correlation apparatus。 In the master study, I have taken part in the manufacture of 40- diameter Cassegrain antenna cryogenic receiver, have benefited a lots, and which have been showed in chapter 4, Ultimately, we show that the actuality and future of lunar project.
