The testing system of Infrared focal plane detector in the domestic is very little, and the astronomical infrared focal plane testing system is almost blank. Today, they are only several testing systems is more mature in the abroad, such as the testing products of the France HGH company, but the price is very expensive. This article mainly through the in-depth study of its testing principle, on the basis of its testing principle, we designed and built the testing system which is suitable for tasting astronomical infrared focal plane detector.Because of that the astronomical infrared detector has higher requirements about the performances than the ordinary infrared detector, they mainly displays of needing high sensitivity about the faint astronomical radiation; having minimal local noise and dark current.Evaluating and testing on the performance parameters of infrared focal plane is one of the key technologies in the development of infrared detector. We can realize three goals Through testing and evaluating of the detector, First is that, we could assess whether the detector could catcher the required accuracy about astronomical observations .Second, according to the specific requirements of the astronomical observations ,we could modify the ordinary detector and lead it could be used for astronomical. Third, we could calibrate and correct some parameters of the infrared detector in a timely manner. This paper analyzes them in detail by the following six chapters. Chapter 1 and chapter 2 by investigating and researching, we could understand the development of astronomical infrared focal plane at home and abroad, find the working principle of astronomical infrared focal plane detector, also the important parameters of infrared astronomical observation; The third chapter about inducting and summering the definition and test method of the main performance parameters; Fourth and fifth chapter two mainly builds infrared focal plane detector test platform, and made the testing and analyzing of results about the infrared detectors respecting in different wavelengths; Chapter 6 summarizing of the full text and make a outlook for the future work.
