From the perspective of astronomical site-testing, we discuss the cause of the atmospheric turbulence, and the reason of image quality degradation of astronomical image through the random atmosphere. Then we research the descriptive parameter to the degradation of the astronomical image quality, seeing parameter r0. We describe the importance of seeing parameter in the site-testing, and introduced some methods in seeing measurement. According to the theory of seeing measurement based on image motion we propose a new method of seeing parameter measurement, with the measuring the telescope tube vibration which causes the star image jitter by the acceleration sensor, and subtracting it from the single star image motion, then we can measure the seeing parameter with a small aperture telescope, and eliminating the human impact and the effect of telescope optical system. So we design a set of experimental equipment, and did some vibration test experiments, researched the algorithm from acceleration to displacement. We implement the set on the DIMM, and did some observations, and compared the results with DIMM.
