At the ground-based optical astronomy observatory, the astrodome is the most significant landmark buildings. It was worn to protect telescope from the rain, dust,the wind and other inclement weather,more importantly,the automatic control and safety control system of astrodome is an important factor to ensure the normal operation of astronomical observations.Aiming at the realization of the automatic control and safety control on astrodome of one-meter infrared solar telescope,after the survey and analysis of the current research works,we present in this thesis our research on the problems of the astrodome and wind baffle control system and the upper PC control-software. First,the system’s overall structure and the methods for accomplishing the system are introduced in this thesis,and it illuminates several parts of the system. Then it tells of the mathematic model of the wind baffle control system.By analysis the mechanical structure of wind baffle and the telescope.We advance an control strategy based on fuzzy control theory ,and we simulated result using Matlab and the experimental restult is also on the paper. Followed the designs of the software and the hardware about the system are introduced. Including the dome flip and shift system's hardware and software design, and the wind baffle system hardware and software design.In the design of upper PC control-software, emphasizes the detailed design implementation of various modules. At the same time, the thesis puts forward a part of flow diagram and program. Finally,we sum up the thesis research and develop the new direction for further prospect.
