From the site testing point of view carefully explain atmospheric turbulence which affect badly the image quality of a optical telescope its cause、performance and effect upon star light wave-front, further, in detail, narrate atmospheric seeing——atmospheric qualitative information, include measuring methods, and introduce the theory of differential image motion monitor which often used in international astronomical site testing campaign and optical and hardware system of three sub-aperture DIMM in Yunnan Observatory of China, reasonable analysis to find atmospheric seeing difference evaluated in software by between Waldie's expression and Roddier's, programme and real experiment-value is obtained by Roddier's method, some significant results have been found.
