(155140) 2005 UD is an Apollo-type near-Earth asteroid, and it was thought as one member of the Phaethon-Geminids meteor shower Complex. Thus, its rotation period, pole and shape information and the phase function parameters are important for us to understand the relationship between this asteroid with the Geminids. Based on our 11 nights new photometric data and data from ZTF database, we do the photometryanalysis for this object using the Lommel-Seeliger ellipsoid method and 𝐻, 𝐺1, 𝐺2 phase function fitting. As a result of the shape inversion, we derived the pole solution (285∘.41, −23∘.36) with the rotational period of 5.234030h. The axial ratios of ellipsoid 𝑏/𝑎 and 𝑐/𝑎 are 0.7579 and 0.4,respectively. Using the calibrated photometric data of 2005 UD, we fit the 𝐻, 𝐺1, 𝐺2 phase function and derived 𝐻, 𝐺1, 𝐺2 are 17.19 mag,0.5728 and 0.003765 respectively. Correspondingly, the phase integral 𝑞 , photometric phase coefficient 𝑘 and enhancement factor 𝜁 are 0.2447, -1.9011 and 1.7344. From the values of 𝐺1 and 𝐺2, the C-type of 2005 UD is confirmed. We estimated the equivalent diameter of the 2005 UD by the new derived 𝐻, and it is 1.3 km using the derived geometry albedo of 0.14.
