This paper introduces a new calculation method of Non-LTE stellar atmospheres. This method is based on the combination of the advantages of the complete linearzation method by Auer and Mihalas (1969) and the separated-iteration technique. First, the equation of radiative transfer and constraints are linearized respectively, then the linearized equation of the radiative transfer and the linearized constraints are sloved, separately. It overcomes the disadvantages of requiring the simultaneous solution of the corresponding equations by the complete linearization. It is an effective method to solve the problem of Non-LTE line blanketing effects and multi-level line formation. The applicability of this method by calculating a small sample of H-He atmospheres and H line formations is dem onstrated.
