Both satellite geodesy and real-time space missions require precise orbit calculation, and the precise orbit determination can not be separated from dynamical model and model parameter. It is important that Engineers how to select the appropriate models based on the task. This article describes the time system coordinate system and high precision conversion method, and from the application point tells the recent IAU' dynamical models and the ocess of precise orbit determination. According to the model,we compile the precise orbit determination software and give an improved method of precise orbit determination by resetting model parameters. Taking the precise orbit of laser satellite by International Laser Ranging Service ranging data as a reference orbit, we test the commonly used analytical orbit prediction models SGP4/SDP4, we give the reliability of the model and initial accuracy of TLE for engineering and technical officers.
