摘要

In this paper, we are using rate-distortion optimized embedded (RED) technology to extract relatively more important and less important bits of different electrocardiograph (ECG) signals, which are protected by different rates of low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes to realize unequal error protected (UEP) performance. The UEP performance will be reflected by comparing experiment results that under different A WGN channel, then observing the distortion of reconstruction signal.
