On the basis of the grand-canonical approach of Paper I, general formulae are derived for the computation of the thermodynamic properties of a stellar gas. The non-ideal effects due to interparticle interactions are included in terms of the occupation probability of bound configurations and the depression of energy levels of free electrons. Analytical expressions are explicitly given to calculate the contributions from the non-ideal effects to the thermodynamic quantities. Representative results for pressure and internal energy of a stellar gas are presented to show the magnitudes and the effective regions of the non-ideal effects. The results also show a plasma phase transition in dense-cool stellar gases with a critical temperature of about log T = 4.7.
